We offer gold casting and fabrication grains with any of our alloys listed. If you have an old favorite blend you prefer we will gladly make that for you. This way our products will always match your best karat, color, and properties in manufacturing you like. we can ship any blend within one working day of receiving the order. Our “in stock” standard casting golds feature excellent color and behavior. You can count on those almost always being shipped the same day.

We have all the materials and knowledge to manufacture almost any custom gold you may want. If you already have a formula, we will make as little as 1 Toz, according to your need. Or, if you want us to analyze a sample of a metal you like, that is not a problem. We can then duplicate any color or property you desire. All custom grain is shipped within 24 hours (plus analysis time…if necessary) to avoid hanging you up with costly delays.
We have in house expertise to walk you through to toughest castings or challenging metals. White gold, 950 Palladium, 18k Rose gold just to name a few. we have the answers to the technical challenges of todays metals and CAD models.
Our Pricing Policies…
We sell our casting grain based on the actual cost (spot market or actual trading price updated constantly) for the gold content plus a simple percentage markup. The markup is based on terms of payment and the size of orders.
Use any major credit card and pay right about spot plus 10%. We use Square who holds your credit card data for payment. Your information is not stored with us, only with the credit card service. This provides the most security for your payment data.
Some customers use CIT or customer initiated transactions via their bank. We happily accept this arrangement for payment. We do accept checks provided you sign our personal guarantee, and are listed with the Jewelers Board of Trade. Net 30 accounts on approved credit only, and you must be listed with the Jewelers Board of Trade.Our credit application is enclosed in every catalog we send. Our Sterling silver casting/rolling grain is priced based mostly upon volume. Please call us for precise details. Orders of ten ounces will cost about $3.00 over the spot price. Larger orders run as low as about $1.00 over spot.
